Whether you are in the business of winning medals or producing widgets, the success of your business is dependent on creating an environment in which people can perform at their best.

We’ve seen in recent years that governing bodies and clubs who have created an effective performance ‘organisation’ are reaping the rewards at major championships. That is no accident. Just as ‘normal’ employees do not work in a vacuum, neither do your athletes and coaches.

You also need to understand how well the organisation is equipped to deliver that performance.
